Procedures for prospective pARTners: 

• Complete a pARTner application 
• Ensure procedures are in place for teaching artists and staff to obtain and show proof of proper clearances for working with children; produce documentation of clearances in application
• Prepare a proposal that
  • Explains how BASD students will benefit from partnering with your organization
  • Explains how the partnership aligns to goals for Any Given Child Bethlehem
• Prepare for a meeting with the BASD Supervisor of Related Arts to discuss the proposal
• Await district approval and feedback before contacting any BASD elementary or middle schools
