Existing Parents/Guardians

Upon initial login into Home Access Center (HAC), you will be prompted to set up two challenge questions.  Challenge questions need to be in place in order to reset your HAC password.

This is only done during the first month of school by accessing Registration Gateway's Back To School Portal.

If this information needs to be updated after this timeframe, please contact your child's building to have this information updated.

There may be issues with accessing the Back to School Gateway and the New Student Gateway on Wednesday, 8/31/22, from 7:30 PM - 11 PM.

The vendor will be performing system updates which may cause service disruptions. 

Registration Gateway's Back To School portal is no longer available for families to update and review their contact information from August 23, 2021 through September 30, 2021.
